What we offer

Research & Baseline Studies
Once a project has been completed, you will probably want to know what difference you have made, what you have achieved, and what could be done differently in the future. We help you with evaluation and impact measurement that generate insights and help move your organisation forward.
Evaluation
Do you need help analysing and interpreting data that you have already collected? This could, for example, be survey responses or administrative and registry data. Your data has a story to tell – we help you find it.
Data Analysis
Interested in a lecture or workshop? We have extensive experience delivering training on the value of working with statistics and data, equality data, statistical literacy, AI, and the connections between these issues and democracy and human rights.
Training
AI has big potential (if used right). At the same time, it comes with significant risks, including the risk of AI systems discriminating against people. You need to understand how AI works and what consequences your use of AI may have. We help organisations develop and use AI responsibly.

About us
Inclusive Insights is a consulting business located in Lund, Sweden. We were founded in 2017 by sociologist and statistician Charlotte Ovesson.
Her journey into the world of statistics began during her studies in behavioural science. Courses in quantitative methods – particularly questionnaire design – sparked her strong interest in statistics.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Behavioural Science Programme at Mälardalen University and a Master’s degree in Sociology from Lund University. In addition to statistics and sociology, she has studied psychology, pedagogy, gender studies, and evaluation.
AI Regulation in the EU
While AI offers opportunities and can be highly useful it also creates risks – including discrimination, lack of transparency, and threats to fundamental rights. Regulation of AI is essential to ensure that AI is developed and used in ways that are safe, transparent, and respectful of fundamental rights.
The EU AI Act is the world’s first comprehensive legal framework for AI. European harmonised standards play an important role in translating the requirements of the AI Act into practical guidance and supporting organisations in implementing them.
